• ISO 9001:2015 Overview: This four-hour workshop provides a concise but detailed review of the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. This workshop is intended for management representatives, quality professionals, personnel functioning as internal auditors, and others interested in learning about the new ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training: In this two-day workshop, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to audit a quality system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Topics include updates the ISO 9001 standard, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, auditing principles, and techniques for conducting effective audits; the workshop also includes hands-on practice using auditing tools and techniques and opportunities for questions and answers. This workshop is intended for personnel who conduct or support ISO internal audits.

IATF 16949 Training

• IATF 16949:2016 Overview: This workshop provides a concise but detailed review of IATF 16949:2016, a technical specification for quality management systems in the automotive sector, previously known as ISO/TS 16949. Topics covered include the structure of the new standard, how it compares to the previous version, the new requirements for the 2016 standard, and the process and timing of transitioning from ISO/TS 16949 to IATF 16949:2016. This workshop is intended for management representatives, quality professionals, personnel functioning as internal auditors, and others in the automotive sector interested in learning about IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
• IATF 16949 Champion Training: In this two-day workshop, you will gain the knowledge you need to audit your quality system to the IATF 16949:2016 standard. Course topics include updates to the IATF 16949 standard, IATF 16949:2016 requirements, quality core tools, and customer-specific requirements. You'll also get hands-on practice applying the standard and have ample opportunities to get answers to questions you have about the standard and conducting QMS audits. This workshop focuses on the standard and requirements and is intended for individuals who do not need training on how to conduct audits.
• IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training: In this three-day workshop, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to audit a quality system to the IATF 16949:2016 standard. • AS 9100D:2016 Overview: This workshop provides a concise but detailed review of AS9100D:2016, a technical specification for quality management systems in the aviation, space, and defense sectors. Topics covered include the structure of the new standard, how it compares to the compare it to the previous version, the new requirements, and the process and timing of transitioning to the new requirements.
