• ISO 9001:2015 Overview: This four-hour workshop provides a concise but detailed review of the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. Topics covered include the ISO 9001 structure, how it compares to the ISO 9001:2008 version, new requirements of the 2015 standard and the process and timing of transitioning to the 2015 version. This workshop is intended for management representatives, quality professionals, personnel functioning as internal auditors, and others interested in learning about the new ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training: In this two-day workshop, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to audit a quality system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Topics include updates the ISO 9001 standard, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, auditing principles, and techniques for conducting effective audits; the workshop also includes hands-on practice using auditing tools and techniques and opportunities for questions and answers. This workshop is intended for personnel who conduct or support ISO internal audits.

IATF 16949 Training

• IATF 16949:2016 Overview: This workshop provides a concise but detailed review of IATF 16949:2016, a technical specification for quality management systems in the automotive sector, previously known as ISO/TS 16949. Topics covered include the structure of the new standard, how it compares to the previous version, the new requirements for the 2016 standard, and the process and timing of transitioning from ISO/TS 16949 to IATF 16949:2016. This workshop is intended for management representatives, quality professionals, personnel functioning as internal auditors, and others in the automotive sector interested in learning about IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
• IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training: In this three-day workshop, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to audit a quality system to the IATF 16949:2016 standard. Topics include updates to the IATF 16949 standard, IATF 16949:2016 requirements, auditing principles, and techniques for conducting effective audits; the workshop also includes hands-on practice using auditing tools and techniques and opportunities for questions and answers. This workshop is intended for personnel who conduct or support IATF 16949 internal audits. This workshop focuses on both the standard requirements and auditing and is intended for individuals who need training on both.

AS 9100D Training

• AS 9100D:2016 Overview: This workshop provides a concise but detailed review of AS9100D:2016, a technical specification for quality management systems in the aviation, space, and defense sectors. Topics covered include the structure of the new standard, how it compares to the compare it to the previous version, the new requirements, and the process and timing of transitioning to the new requirements. This workshop is intended for management representatives, quality professionals, personnel functioning as internal auditors, and others in the aviation, space, and defense sectors interested in learning about AS9100D:2016 requirements.
• AS 9100D:2016 Internal Auditor Training: In this two-day workshop, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to audit a quality system to the AS9100D:2016 standard. Topics include updates to the AS9100D standard, AS9100D:2016 requirements, auditing principles, and techniques for conducting effective audits; the workshop also includes hands-on practice using auditing tools and techniques and opportunities for questions and answers. This workshop is intended for personnel who conduct or support AS9100D internal audits.

ISO 13485 Training

• ISO 13485 Training Overview: This workshop will provide you with a concise but detailed review of the new ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management System standard. We will compare the 2016 version to the 2003 version and explain the new requirements of the 2016 standard. We will also talk about transitioning to the 2016 standard, including timing requirements. Activities include developing a “List of Interested Parties” for your QMS. There will also be time for questions and answers.
• ISO 13485 Training Internal Auditor Training: In this two-day workshop, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills you need to audit your quality system to the ISO 13485:2016 standard. Course topics include updates to the ISO 13485 standard, ISO 13485:2016 requirements, auditing principles, and techniques for conducting effective audits. You'll also get hands-on practice using auditing tools and techniques and have ample opportunities to get answers to questions you have about conducting ISO audits. 

ISO 14001 Training

• ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System Overview: ISO 14001:2015 sets out the criteria to which an environmental management system can be certified. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system, and it can be used by any organization regardless of its activity or sector. Using ISO 14001:2015 can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.
• ISO 14001 Training Internal Auditor Training: In this two-day workshop, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills you need to audit your environmental management system to the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
