Quality Technician Training

Are you seeking concise and comprehensive training for your quality technician or employees who perform quality tasks? Our quality technician training courses can help improve the skills and knowledge of your quality workforce and include the following:

Statistical Process Control

Knowledge of statistical process control can help your quality team efficiently monitor your processes and identify needed improvements. We offer SPC training at a basic level for quality technicians or experienced manufacturing personnel as well as advanced training that includes Minitab. Offerings include:

Problem Solving

Quality Core Tools 

Do your suppliers expect you to be IAFT 16949 certified? If so, your employees need to know how to use the AIAG Quality Core Tools, which are foundational to an effective quality management system. Our offerings include:  

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Food Safety

Food manufacturers must ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing, and holding of food products for human consumption. Our three-day FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food course is the standardized curriculum recognized by FDA and completing this course is one way to meet the requirements for a “preventive controls qualified individual.”

Corrective Action & Preventive Action Training (CAPA)

In this one day course, Purdue MEP experts will guide your organization in developing and writing effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) reports. An effective CAPA system allows your organization to not only eliminate problems but also ensure they don't occur again. However, most organizations lack a systematic or efficient CAPA process and therefore end up dealing repeatedly with the same or similar problems.
